Information collected automatically — like most websites, when you browse quranlyhub.com we automatically collect some technical information through cookies and similar technology, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This is used for site security, performance, and understanding how visitors use the site (analytics).

  • Service providers — companies that help us operate the site and business, such as our website hosting provider, email newsletter provider (Mailchimp), and messaging platform (WhatsApp/Meta) for booking communication. These providers only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

Because WhatsApp is operated by Meta, messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy.

We work with families and tutors in multiple countries, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
