These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quranlyhub.com and the online Quran education services provided by QuranlyHub (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a trial class, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you (“you,” “the client,” or, where you are booking on behalf of a child, “the parent/guardian”) agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

QuranlyHub provides live, one-to-one online classes in Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz (memorisation), Tafseer, Quranic Arabic, and the Alim & Aalimah programme, delivered by video call by Ijazah-certified tutors. Classes are educational in nature and are not a substitute for formal religious rulings (fatwa) or a recognised academic qualification unless explicitly stated for a specific certified programme.

2. Eligibility and Bookings for Minors

Our services are open to students of all ages, including children. Where a student is under the age of 18, the booking, enrolment, and payment must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for supervising the child’s use of the service, including during video classes.

3. Free Trial Class

New students are offered one free trial class, used to assess the student’s current level and match them with a suitable tutor. The free trial does not obligate you to continue with a paid plan, and there is no charge unless you choose to enrol afterward.

4. Enrolment, Fees and Payment

Course pricing, class frequency, and payment schedule are confirmed with you directly (by WhatsApp or email) before your first paid class, based on the plan you choose. Fees are payable in advance for the billing period agreed at enrolment, using the payment method confirmed at that time. We reserve the right to change our pricing for future billing periods, with reasonable notice.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Class times are arranged directly with your tutor and can typically be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice via WhatsApp.
  • If a student misses a scheduled class without reasonable notice, that class may be forfeited rather than rescheduled, at our discretion.
  • If a tutor is unable to attend a scheduled class, we will reschedule it at no additional cost or provide a substitute tutor.
  • You may cancel your ongoing enrolment at any time by notifying us; charges already incurred for the current billing period are non-refundable except as set out in Section 6, unless otherwise agreed with you in writing.

6. Refunds

Because classes are scheduled and a tutor’s time is reserved for you, fees already paid for classes already delivered are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, or a class was not delivered as agreed through no fault of your own, contact us at info@quranlyhub.com and we will review your case individually and fairly.

7. Code of Conduct

We ask all students, parents, and tutors to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or end a class, or terminate a client’s enrolment, in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, repeated no-shows, or any conduct that puts a tutor’s or student’s safety or dignity at risk.

8. Technology Requirements

Classes are delivered by live video call. You are responsible for having a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and a quiet learning space. We are not responsible for a class being disrupted or shortened due to a technical issue on your side, though we will do our best to reschedule where reasonable.

9. Intellectual Property

Any course materials, worksheets, recordings, or content we provide remain the intellectual property of QuranlyHub or our tutors, and are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without our written permission. The Quran itself, and its recitation, are not owned by us and remain freely available; this clause applies only to materials we have specifically created (such as worksheets or structured lesson plans).

10. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our tutors are appropriately qualified and Ijazah-certified, and to deliver classes as described. However, learning outcomes depend on many factors including the student’s effort and consistency, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome, pace of progress, or result. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond what is required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuranlyHub’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any client who breaches these Terms, including the Code of Conduct in Section 7, with notice where reasonably possible.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which QuranlyHub is legally registered and operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
